Move down and find your way through the icy cavern until you reach the TM. From there, use your “Mach Bike” to traverse the path-you’ll find a ladder at the end. From the entrance, head north until you reach two caverns one after another.

TM07 (Hail) – Found at the bottom floor of Shoal Cave.

At the end of the path (after you get the Boulders off the path), you’ll find the TM right next to a Secret Base. You’ll need “Strength” to push Boulders and reach it.

TM05 (Roar) – Given by a Gentleman with his Poochyena at the eastern side of Route 114.

TM04 (Calm Mind) – Obtained from Gym Leaders Tate and Liza after you defeat them at the Mossdeep City Gym.

From the Pokémon Center, go straight down then straight right. TM03 (Psyshock) – Given by a certain man at Pacifidlog Town.Inside, use Surf again and you’ll finally reach it by the end of the lagoon. Move ahead and use Surf until you see another cavern. Enter the cavern, move straight, and go down the ladder you’ll see. From the entrance, head straight to the lake and climb up the big waterfalls. You’ll need “Surf” and “Waterfall” to get to it. TM02 (Dragon Claw) – Found deep inside Meteor Falls.
